About the Class

This is a live, 3-day, PowerPoint lite workshop aimed to provide attendees with an overview on agile at a level appropriate for executives and senior leaders. This course is meant to serve as a starting point for a journey to be agile. The primary focus of this course is to provide a sense of what the audience and their organizations can experience and need to consider as they transition towards creating an eco-system for continuous improvement. The training content shall be delivered as a combination of interactive lecture, exercises and group discussions.
