About the Class

This is an in person, 2-day, no PowerPoint course structured to lead attendees through a self- discovery of the basics (What, Why, how) of a Product Owner role. The course begins with a broader focus on agile and its various enablers (organization design, problem domain analysis, systems thinking) and dives further into the specifics of Scrum and its core elements, specifically through the lens of a Product Owner. The overall experience is focused on leading the attendees through a simulation of various activities involved in a life of a product as it evolves from concept to cash.

 

Upon completing this course, you will receive:

 

  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSPO) Certification (No test)
  • Two-year membership in the Scrum Alliance
  • 14 SEUs (Scrum Education Units) (Equivalent to PDUs from PMI (Project Management Institute).
